Elsewhere I'm reading that they will shortly announce a win by one million votes.

Despite international vote monitoring and Jimmy Carter's assessment that their election process in the best of all countries that the Carter Center has moderated. Better than the U.S.

80.94% turn out, we can only dream of such an engaged democratic citizenry.

Chavez: 54.42% 7,444,000 Capriles: 44.97%

I'll go check the Miami Venezuelan blogs to see if they're accusing anyone but I think they are just drinking and trying to forget
