Could a bunch of House Republicans vote to impeach, but not announce it in advance?
So far the ones who have announced that they will vote to impeach are the predictable ones. We also know that some Republicans fear for their safety and don't want to get the attention of Trump's most dangerous supporters. If that's the case, I wouldn't be shocked if a bunch of them all jumped in at the same time and voted to impeach, but without drawing attention to themselves in advance.
I realize that a huge number of House Republicans are completely insane, but if 20+ voted to impeach, that could create some real momentum.
