Why Isn't More Being Said About Trump Not Trying To Stop It?!

Trump says his speech was appropriate. We all know it wasn't!!!

But shouldn't another point be emphasized?? We all, including Trump, watched on TV the storming of the Capitol and all the destruction...we watched it go on and on and on! Why didn't he immediately send over the National Guard or tanks or something to stop those people??! He let it go on and on because he wanted them to keep doing it!!

I don't see this being said enough in the media!!

That is what makes it so impeachable. Failure to act as President. The mob was his. By not speaking and twittering immediately, he is giving his implicit support instead of doing everything he could to stop it.

It is bad enough he got them going. He then didn't do anything to stop them.

I agree...he is definitely the instigator! But if anyone is trying to agree with Trump that his speech was appropriate and it didn't cause the riot, they need to ask themselves and ask Trump "Why didn't Trump do anything to stop it once it started??!"

Trump obviously wanted this to play out the way it did. Probably the only way that it didn't play out the way he wanted it to is that there weren't MORE deaths! Such a sadistic person!
