Who has first rights to saleable Assets.. Hunch is,the Leveraged Value the Diaper Don Crime syndicate applied to their Property is most likely 50-75% greater than any Appraiser would use as a Marketable True Value.

in two Bankruptcies as their Advocate. There is a Schedule as to who as rights of recovery and it has to do with Debt Instrument Rights. First,Second, third and lastly Employees and Vendors. Bankruptcy Rights were jacked towards Ownership by Reagan and have not changed much since to reflect Employee Wage or Benefits loss. With Diaper Don and his crew of shitheads,Deutche will get a ton of over leverage garbage. Believe all these Loans a Balloon Status.
