2,194,578 / 2,211,603 * 100 = 99.23.

100-99.23 = .77

Get each candidate's percent by dividing their amount by the total. Then the difference between those has to be greater that 0.5%.

Ossoff = 2,211,603
Perdue = 2,194,578

Total = 2,211,603 + 2,194,578 = 4,406,181

Ossoff % = (2,211,603 / 4,406,181) * 100% = 50.193%
Perdue % = (2,194,578 / 4,406,181) * 100% = 49.807%

Margin = 50.193% - 49.807% = 0.386%

So close - but not quite there.
