Is Trump subject to state laws that might end him up in prison?
Can he pardon himself of all law breaking?. Including breaking of state laws?...
Just asking ahead of time, wondering out loud. Sorry if this has been asked before..

2. Cannot pardon state crimes.
However, I personally do not believe he would be put in a regular prison if convicted.

3. I don't care what kind of prison it is,
as long as he has no internet access and limited phone time.

6. Well, that would depend on what he is convicted of.
He isn't going to stop committing crimes on January 20th.

5. Thank You for the above two answers...Yes, it would not be a regular prison as you stated..
...I sure hope it happens, but time will tell. When Trump stops being president, he will be kind of in
a special place in history. The very worst president ever. That prison cannot be avoided at all. |

7. This Has Been Asked and Answered a Few Times - He Can't Pardon State Crimes
NY State also passed a bill the eliminate some question about double jeopardy but I don't remember the specific details off the top of my head. I wondered if his moving out of NYC had something to do with any indictments NY State might bring. He stupid enough to think as a Florida resident it might help him escape some charges.
