My debate analogy - based on Rocky III

Remember how Rocky lost his title to Clubber Lang, in the first match? Then, they met again and he gave Clubber Lang a round to just beat the hell out of him, punch after punch. Kind of gave Clubber the idea he was going to be able to wipe up the boxing ring with Rocky. He got his confidence up and his guard down.

Then, Rocky exploded, caught Clubber off guard, and handed him his ass.

Ok, Willard is much more like Paulie than like Clubber, but if you REALLY stretch you imagination, that's how these debates could play out. Next time, Willard will come in, all cocky and full of arrogance. That's when President Obama hits him with a couple of verbal and factual left jabs. Then, by the 3rd debate, Willard will be less confident, over compensating, and the mistake will start to flow, like the blood from Clubbers nose.

Ok, I had to stretch one fight to cover two debates, but still, it could happen.

But I don't want to have to worry about any clothes slashing, at the risk of seeing Willard's magic Y-fronts.

But I think President Obama would look pretty snazzy, dressed like Zoro.
