I'd be very happy to vote for him as Senator, if he was interested in the role. I'm not in his district, so have never voted for him to date.

The story was broken by Axios who aren't exactly right-wingers.

Edit to say: At the moment, there's no evidence Swalwell did anything improper. The Obama administration warned him about the spy in 2015. But the story just broke this week, and so people are trying to suss that whole thing out. Conservative media are having a field day.
So now may not be the best time to be tossing him up on news shows.
