3. I don't care. We have millions out of works, thousands dead of Covid ...I want help sent to

the people. If Trump pardons them what can we charge them with. Turn it over to the AG and to the states.

22. Yep, that is how it supposed to work...remember how it was with Clinton and the AG who

briefly shared a tarmac. But we do need to try to enact laws that will stop a president from controlling justice...assuming we get the Senate. The imperial presidency is a threat to our Republic.

people weren't paying attention.

10. His final pardon will be to pardon himself for taking bribes for pardons...

I detest executive clemency. The only good thing the orange blob has done is he's shown us everything that's wrong with presidential power. Tradition and etiquette are no way to rein in a rogue executive. Our Constitution needs some work. A whole lot of work.

14. How can you pardon someone that hasn't been convicted of a crime? What are these

pardons for? Crimes that they haven't even been charged with or future crimes they commit?

19. It is a good question. The Ford pardon of Nixon was never tested in court.

The concept of pardoning for uncharged crimes is really unethical it seems to me. How does the person giving the pardon know what all of the crimes are? It seems to me that this is a flaw in the pardon process.

23. State charges will have to have the most severe charges and outcomes

to even start to make up this misjustice. I want the states to throw the book at them and I want the final sentencing to be the maximum allowed for such crimes.

24. And THIS is why the Constitution provided for an impeachment process AND an election process

Fucking Senate should have sent him packing in February. Then none of this pardon shit would even be an issue now.

And God knows Pence wouldn't be much better, but surely he wouldn't have punted on COVID like Trump did.
