No way they want to wade into this, since to serve the evil overlord they would have to overturn multiple state elections. If it had been a close count in one state - perhaps. But not when it is this overwhelming.

4. You can't directly appeal to SCOTUS.
You petition for certiorari. The Court only grants very in about 150 cases a year out of thousands of petitions.
Based on the quality of cases filed to date, I doubt even a Court as political as this will grant cert. If they do, it’s Katie bar the door. |
