No question about it. When Trump leaves office, there will have to be an Intel embargo on what

he can know as a private citizen. All of his security clearances must be revoke in the interest of national security. Is there anything in the Constitution that REQUIRES that former Presidents be given security clearance after they leave office?

Clearly, he violated our security interests as President. That ought to be enough to label him a security risk plus all of the his indebtedness.

In fact, everyone in Trump's administration now and formerly ought to have ALL security clearances revoked. Didn't they do that to HRC?

He didn't want presidential briefings while he was president. I'd find it hard to believe he want them afterwards. They can tightly control what he is told. The entire intel community is pissed at him right now and they will not be inclined to tell him much. The flip side is that Biden may actually have to run against this moron in 4 years and he doesn't need to make a big show of stripping him of his clearances. So much info these days is distributed on a "need to know" basis that just having a clearance won't mean much.

... Russians spies in pivitol places in the US government now.

There's no way Putin's Whore didn't leave his pimp some insurance in the us government, we have no operational security in the US any longer.

We saw this in 2016. Trump TRIED to collude with them but the Russians quickly figured out he was too incompetent to do it and not get caught. I suspect that existing assets in the government won't risk getting exposed by his incompetence.

nor read any security briefings, he very likely has much information to give to anyone, really. He also can't remember what he has said for more than a short time, either.

Frankly, once he leaves the White House, he will not get any important information, so he will be out of the loop immediately. I think he has been out of the intelligence loop throughout his term in office, actually.

As for having a security clearance after he leaves office, it doesn't matter, since he will not be the recipient of any classified information after that.

This is the least of what we should be worried about.
