It's pretty much over. PA wouldn't even be enough to tip the balance for Trump and I don't see a lot happening out west.

There have been multiple reports that Jared has been putting pressure on Trump to move on.

No tweets all day, with a key ruling from Michigan pending.

Ruling comes down, Rudy gets laughed out of court.

Not long after, Twittterfingers Activate! (cue cheezy saturday morning cartoon superhero music).

Remember the law has language that transition is to begin when there is an apparent winner.
With the MI vote certified, and state legislative leadership (Rs) all saying there will be no extralegal actions, the "apparent" winner was now indisputable.
She was then legally liable to do her job, beyond any discretion to follow the law.
She was then set up for felony election law violations, and draw it out too far, make herself the target for a zealous prosecutor to go after sedition charges.
Not a coincidence. She's just folded her bluff before she got herself in serious trouble.
