This new attempt to block certification is after the Trump campaign told the same court yesterday that it was NOT seeking to delay certification.
This is not going to go over well with the 3rd Circuit.
To say these are Bozo lawyer moves is insensitive to clowns.

⚖️UPDATE: The Trump campaign tells 3rd Circ Ct that in addition to its appeal brief (due by 4pm), it will also file an emergency request today seeking to halt PENNSYLVANIA's election certification and asks permission to exceed the 5,200 word limit

The new attempt to block certification is also in conflict with the claim the Trump campaign made yesterday that all it wanted was a chance to get the district court to consider its Second Amended Complaint on the merits.

Intended to delay and eat up time and resources. I mean, they know how their suits will get thrown out or actions reversed, but in the mean time another day or two has been wasted.

so much frivolous litigation? It costs the Court time and money. How many important cases are being delayed because of these actions and appeals?

who will take an IOU and stake their reputation of trying to help trump steal an election as he is booted out of office. Not even worth the chance to see their name in the news because they'll be identified forever as part of the clown show.
