Any one in the position of President would have done that but importantly, anyone else would have began the process around January when he found out about the seriousness of the virus.

Trump can't take credit for doing the obvious AFTER he had failed to do so in the beginning. Thousand have lost their lives because of his failure to address the seriousness of this virus much sooner.
