Liz and Dick Uihlein, founders of the shipping supply giant Uline and major donors to President Donald Trump, have tested positive for COVID-19, sources told the Journal Sentinel.

Liz Uihlein, an outspoken critic of Gov. Tony Evers stay-at-home order earlier this year, previously claimed that the coronavirus pandemic has been "overhyped" by the media.

Two sources said she tested positive after attending Trump's election night watch party in the White House last week. At least five top Trump administration or campaign officials who went to the same party have also tested positive for COVID-19.

In a Wednesday email to Uline employees obtained by the Journal Sentinel, Liz Uhlein wrote, "Dick and I tested positive for COVID. After all these long months, I thought we'd never get it. Well, Trump go (sic) it... If we had not been around people with COVID, we would not have been tested."

get the best meds and treatment out there because of their connections. But they make folks who give them service deathly ill in some cases.

As employers, they were fairly generous, but they were always crazed, politically. We visited the Uline HQ once while in Kenosha, and I was struck by the fact that Liz, despite seeing us with the kids, didn't bother to take two seconds to say hello to us. Fellow Dump sucker Vince Vaughn used to come in the office to visit Brian Uihlein, who often acted like a petulant child - a typical child of privilege and nepotism.

Knowing their unwavering support of Rauner and Dump, and the fact they attended Dump's election party... serves them right.
