I watched the news for a short time and was surprised to see that on their map AZ is still a white space.

(47,432 posts)3. Not MSNBC? Yahoo Home Page does include it, too.

(102,119 posts)6. Yahoo is not an independant "decider" on this. They take the lead of other news groups
(AP on election night as I recall) as they are merely a news aggregator site.
And no, MSNBC/NBC has not called it.

(13,865 posts)2. Still a chance
That trump could catch up but not likely.
No network wants to have to replay 2000.
Remember and were calling Florida for Gore, who will be the next President.

They dont want to call a state and then have to reverse it.

(3,482 posts)8. That was the right call then.
And its still the right call today. They had it right.

Best info seems to be there are as many as 59,993 votes left to count and Joe's lead is 14,476. The late counting has seen Trump cut into his lead. Best guess is Joe will win by as many as 10K.

(2,239 posts)9. Seems like everyday there is another 60k votes to count
I think that AZ's Secretary of State just likes to be on national televison.

(53,342 posts)7. trump is averaging 58.7%. He needs 63.8% of the remaining ballots
not probable but not impossible

(44,972 posts)10. I don't think you actually looked at what is going on with that race before posting, this, did you?
You are upset with race not being called when Biden's lead is going down and it's very close?

I don't follow all the calculations, as in above posts, all I see is CNN map when AZ is not counted. On other places it was, still is.
On Yahoo is it 290.
