Please humor me, after 200 plus years we have a woman VP Elect and THIS

It might not seem like much but checkout the wording in the first sentence of President Electís first sentence. ĎWomen and Mení. Iíve spent my entire life hearing Men and Women.

I love the men in my life, but damn this feels good.

1. Yes, like all the forms you fill out that have

male before female. They sure donít do it alphabetically, do they?

2. When Hillary lost I felt as if my whole life had been for nothing.

My first vote for president was for Shirley Chisholm. Now Iím starting to think we may have actually done some good. It was a long time coming

3. I hope Hillary

and all who worked for her feel a sense of accomplishment. They (we) earned it.

4. Agree. We need to accept our victories and move on to our new challenges

These last four years show us how quickly we can backslide

5. "Ladies and gentlemen" is the form my parents taught me.

The phrases "Men and women" and "women and men" sound a bit vulgar, just one step above "guys and dolls." But that's just me, and I'm old. I do understand what you're saying, though, and I rejoice along with you!
