I am crying. It was one of his favorites. Thank you for posting this hymn. I am so happy Biden will be our President. He is a man who walks in grace.

Had to look it up.

Psalm 91, Book of Exodus 19, and Gospel of Matthew 13.

Sometimes the readings would reflect the lyrics, which is why I remembered it.

This was sometimes the Communion hymn at Masses when I was a practicing Catholic. Never fails to choke me up to this day.

It never moved me one way or another until after mum died - she loved it - she'd sing it loud and proud.

This was a good choice for Joe because of the eagle flying overhead at the rally. I didn't know it was in other hymnals before tonight.

That hymn was the main hymn at their service. No one in my family can ever hear it with dry eyes....

And, yes, tonight I teared up and was grateful that Joe showed how much he relies on his faith.

It was an inspiring speech.
