A short history

On Election night, 2016, I was drinking a beer called, "Arrogant Bastard".
On Inauguration Day, 2017, I was drinking a beer called, "Loose Cannon".
Tonight, I'm drinking a beer called, "Blithering Idiot".
does anyone else sense a pattern here?
