It is astonishingly amazing to read a normal news item from a normal president-elect. For four years, so freaking much of my brain has gone to monitoring Trump’s craziness. Maybe I’ll finally get some work done again. But for now, basking in the relief.

Joe Biden is reflective and relaxed this morning -- making some calls, getting updates on the state of play, and preparing for the opportunity to address the nation, a source familiar with his thinking tells @mikememoli and @MariannaNBCNews.
