Moscow sources close to Mr Putin have claimed the 68-year-old leader has begun developing symptoms of Parkinsons, which affects the brain and can cause shaking and stiffness. Observers noted that Mr Putin is beginning to show signs of weakness in his hands, struggling to hold pens, as well as constantly twitching his leg. Mr Putin has served more than 20 years as Russian president over two terms, and recently won a referendum on changing the term limits for leaders of the country. It comes as the President is also pushing through legislation granting him additional powers and immunity if he were to resign as leader of Russia.

This is complete disinfo not from NY Post but from Solovey who works with FSB. I didn't even open the article and guarantee its his propaganda that he has been spewing on the direction by FSB for a decade. Guess the West is his new audience today

He is a known agent and is running several propaganda stories including putin has lost the trust of his inner circle and they will abandon him. He has been doing it for a very long time and usually its to monitor internal reaction but occasionally he does it to the West.

The timing and placement for the Western audience is likely related to election because my guess is Putin is anxious w Biden presidency and what it means for the Kremlin

Still sounds like he is trying to set himself up to run Russia from the shadows as long as he can.
