He has really never in his life not quit any of his endevors. This time he is in need of pardon from Pence before the transition.
I betting on before December.

(17,531 posts)I think he will get his pardon right before the inauguration. Then on Jan. 21, the various security agencies can begin a dump of information that has been put on the back burner until the right time.

For de facto, it's also hard to say but for different reasons. To quit he'd need to have actually worked at the job, and he's never done that. So depending on how you count it, either today or January 20, 2017.

(23,094 posts)He won't be able to stand being a loser upfront and publicly and I think would do anything to escape that - including moving to Russia if they will have him. I really hope that happens, would show those repugs what their dear leader was always all about - himself and Russia.

They could use the truth as an excuse for the first time and claim he has not been of sound mind.
