To understand why Biden is winning such an overwhelming amount of the early vote look at this data: https://electproject.github.io/Early-Vote-2020G/PA.html

Trump spent months and months telling his supporters that mail ballots were bad so they didn't ask for them. Dems requested 63% of mail-in ballots. Republicans requested 25% of them. Dems returned 85% of the ballots they requested and Republicans returned 75%. It's a simple numbers game.
