- Georgia: Black rejection 2X higher
- Florida: Black, Latino rejection 2X higher
- North Carolina: Black, Latino rejection almost 4X higher

In my state, they try very hard not to reject ballots; for example, if a mailed ballot is damaged and can't be fed into the scanner or can't be read by the scanner because they used the wrong kind of pen, they photocopy it and scan the copy.
