which measures stress, among other things. It's showing my stress rate just about off the chart.

Or go to bed. It won't change even if you sleep through it. Pet your dogs or cats, make some herbal tea and fire up some YouTube videos for a while. Don't over stress yourself. It's going to be fine.

It's just hard to tell if that factor has already been taken into account when they give us the run-downs on television.
