I've been stress- drinking coffee. I don't cobsume alcohol or other naughty substances, so coffee is my one vice. I'm supposed to be off it, but......stress. Coffee does not agree with my digestive system so I'm feeling the effects there.

Don’t know what I did but I strained something and it hurts like hell. If it still hurts after the election, I’ll go to the doctor. A Biden win is probably all the therapy I need.

Shut down the screens. No earphones. Slap on a jacket ... get outside. Walk far enough to clear out everything else and all that you know is the rhythm of your feet on the pavement.

I started this when my husband was sick. I could stay within a couple blocks from home so I could get back fast. My tracfone flip phone in my pocket just in case he needed me to get home. Sometimes I'd walk an hour. Sometimes my old legs would not go that far.

The air, the leaves, the birds, people's dogs barking. Kids on bikes. Vehicles ...

The brain needs a break. The body needs to move.
I swear by it. "Go outside" from grandma was good advice.

Of course, whatever time I’m not doing that, I’ll be checking in here.
