People are treating this as a sign of the Trump campaign’s incompetence and carelessness. But it could also be a sign that the crowd was larger than they expected.

Trump has finished and left, but there’s thousands of supporters who have been let loose into the night with no sign of the shuttles they’ve been told will take them back to parking. People are filling the street, blocking the road for ambulances and police.

... ever been to a football game, baseball game, concert, play, movie? There's usually a short wait to get in, as audience wanders in, over a span of time. But as soon as the event ends, it's chaotic, hustling to get out, to get to the car, to get out of the parking lot, and out of the neighborhood.

Then, if the expected buses are not available, or are those little shuttle-buses used by airport parking lots, expect a long wait.

If you bring a coat, hat, and glvoes, you're good. If all you brought was a Trump poster, you're screwn.
