Miami-Dade!! Mail bins piled up on the floor in a post office. For over a week!!

Raw footage of mailroom in post office here in Miami Dade. Source revealed “mail in ballots are within these piled up in bins on the floor. Mail has been sitting for over week!.”

Guess we know partly why Miami-Dade was underperforming!

1. I really hope some of our Democratic legal watchdogs and observers are on the case.

I know they are out there--we've been hearing about how prepared they are for months. I hope they are on the way if not there all ready.

6. If in Miami-Dade, please make sure everyone you know votes in-person or properly uses drop boxes

How and Where to Drop Off Your Mail-In Ballot in Miami-Dade County
https://www.miaminewtimes.com/news/miami-dade-ballot-drop-box-locations-for-election-2020-11723355

Voters can also drop off their vote-by-mail ballots from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, November 2, and Tuesday, November 3 — that'd be Election Day — but only at the following four locations:

  • Miami-Dade Elections Department, 2700 NW 87th Ave., Miami 33172
  • North Dade Regional Library, 2455 NW 183rd St., Miami Gardens 33056
  • South Dade Regional Library, 10750 SW 211th St., Cutler Bay 33189

where Biden is getting 90% of the vote. It's probably a city logistics problem more than voter suppression. Either way, President Biden will appoint a postmaster general who will fix it.

    19. One of the questions I have

is this outgoing mail from the area, or incoming mail (presuming the election commission's office that receives the ballots is in the area of the post office). If its the latter, it means that maied-in ballots to Miami-Dade from all over is being held up.

    14. Voters need to track their ballots

Reading through the Florida mail-in voting laws, voters can track their ballots and, if not received, can go vote in person and request a new ballot at the polling station. The polling station checks to make sure ballot has not been received. If not, the will give the voter a new ballot.

How to Vote in Person if Ballot Requested
A voter who has requested a ballot may change his or her mind and vote in person. The voter should bring the ballot (marked or unmarked) to the polls to turn the ballot in and vote a regular ballot. If the voter does not bring the ballot to the polls for whatever reason, the Supervisor of Elections' office will need to confirm that the ballot has not already been returned and received. If the ballot has not been received, the voter will be allowed to vote a regular ballot. If the ballot has been received, the ballot is deemed cast and the voter to have voted. If the voter believes the office is incorrect for whatever reason, the voter is allowed to vote a provisional ballot. The matter will then be presented to the canvassing board for determination. If it cannot be determined if the ballot has been received, the voter will be allowed to vote a provisional ballot. See section 101.69, Fla. Stat.

How to Track Your Vote-by-Mail Ballot Request and Returned Ballot
Any voter who has requested a vote-by-mail ballot can track online the status of his or her ballot through the county Supervisor of Elections' website.

    46. The way I read it you don't need to

I may be misinterpreting this, but the way I read it is that if you don't have your original ballot they can check to see if your ballot has already been received (the same way you can track your own ballot), and if it hasn't been received they can give you a new ballot right then and there:

How to Vote in Person if Ballot Requested

A voter who has requested a ballot may change his or her mind and vote in person. The voter should bring the ballot (marked or unmarked) to the polls to turn the ballot in and vote a regular ballot. If the voter does not bring the ballot to the polls for whatever reason, the Supervisor of Elections' office will need to confirm that the ballot has not already been returned and received. If it cannot be determined if the ballot has been received, the voter will be allowed to vote a provisional ballot. See section 101.69, Fla. Stat.

    20. Well, I guess we know why Trump stopped spending in Florida. It'll be ruby red this year

if this is more than an isolated incident. My fear and suspicion is that it will be occurring up and down the country, particularly in Democratic areas. All Post Offices should be independently inspected every day.

    21. Bins of ballots were found in a few post offices in south Fl in 2016

in different counties. How do you think DeSantis and Scott got where they are? Basically, the same way Bush got in. Family and "friends" in high places made it happen. Same for Dumpy boy. I pray the number of people voting early and on paper ballots helps us to have a more fair election this time. Thankfully, due to the shananigans already pulled with USPS, many more people are paying attention and Biden/Harris have many, many lawyers, poll watchers, computer people, etc. watching what's going on.

    22. This was always the suppression plan

Sheer numbers game. Remove machines to slow delivery in major urban areas, and is is guaranteed to siphon off Democratic numbers on the edges.

I have no idea how the USPS topic was dropped so casually in September. Drop boxes mean nothing. Warnings mean nothing. The vast majority were going to mail the ballots, and DeJoy made sure some of them got stuck.

    36. Why did he @ Donald Trump and not Joe Biden?

However, I'm pretty sure team Biden is on it. I knew something fishy was going on in Miami-Dade. Broward and Miami-Dade vote in a similar fashion and are Democratic strongholds despite the Cuban American vote in Miami. This year it's very strange that with all the enthusiasm we've seen in South Florida, Miami-Dade's Democratic numbers don't reflect that. We are doing worst than in 2016. Team Biden wake up, don't wait until election night. Something strange is happening in Miami! This is just one proof. Please get your people on the ground here to check things out.
