of "what is the latest insane tweet" today to fill their airtime. They have benefitted greatly from the Trumpy Bear Presidency just in the amount of noise he offers to give them fodder for the daily outrage.

I believe the psychological term you are seeking is Batshit Crazy, but I am just guessing here.
