(9,953 posts)... do these excellent Lincoln Project ads appear where they are needed. This one should be on Maine's TV stations. Others should be in battleground states. I don't see them where I am, in California.
... also, is the Lincoln Project now part of the Democratic Party? This is not an anti-Trump ad. If they are going after Susan Collins, they have crossed a threshold. She's what they, formerly, would accept in a Maine Republican.

(19,264 posts)They still are Republicans. They still oppose taxes on the rich, they still favor privatizing social security, they still oppose raising minimum wage, they still favor busting unions, and undermining social safety nets.
They want a kindler gentler Republican party which fucks over the majority of the country with class and dignity to the benefit of the ultra rich.

(9,760 posts)Seems they started off as mostly on twitter. I read a report that while the ads were hugely popular there, they were preaching mostly to the choir. Very little impact on changing anyone's mind. I get the impression that's changed, and they're targeting the right spots and running them on the tee vee boxes.
I hope so!!!
