Why? because it never ends. I want to watch "60 Minutes) and this stupid game is still on 30 minutes after the normal start of the show.

(29,322 posts)Arizona is more exciting too watch than most seasons. Deandre Hopkins, Christian Kirk, Larry Fitzgerald, and Andy Isabella are fun to watch.
I'm sure you think Seattle is exciting to watch as they get their much deserved respect from the National media but Cardinals games don't air in a lot of markets unless they're nationally televised like tonight.

(12,148 posts)Personally it wouldn't bother me if all professional and college sports were consigned to ESPN channels. Then the wouldn't do away with what I want to watch.

(5,119 posts)then AT&T would have all my money, instead of Joe Biden.
Meanwhile, that would free up space on the other channels for more reruns of Home Improvement, Walker, Texas Ranger, and more WWF events.

(10,673 posts)... Oh yeah, I gots to watch that game to the last minute. So many of their games have been decided in the final minute this season.
I can tape 60 minutes, or watch the highlights on Lincoln Project.

(11,241 posts)When 60 minutes ends at 8:40 what can people watch but another CBS show? At least in the old days but they still think that.

(2,343 posts)I hate politics in my sports. Sports were my escape. Nowadays, sports don't occupy my time ,except racing. But, yes, it screws up 60 Minutes! The CBS app on Roku has helped.

(29,322 posts)All there is vote and end racism but I don't think being against racism is a political position I consider it more of a moral position.
After 9-11 there was a lot more politics and jingoism. You can't separate the two especially when the NFL lobbies local governments for subsidies.

(15,018 posts)...the game ends, and they still blab ON AND ON with the f*cking inane "post game wrap-up".
If they're going to make us wait for the damned game to end, then the second the clock reaches 00:00, show the final score for five seconds with a five-second voice-over of who won the game... AND THAT'S IT! OUTTA THERE! GAME OVER!
