Regarding the photo in the O.P.
The tip of her nose is a little blurry if you zoom in and she is not giving a full smile, she may be on her way to giving one but it isn't there yet when the pic is snapped. There is a tiny fore-shortening of her head based on the way she is bent and the length of her face.


Her oversized glasses mask a lot of her face, not the right part though.
Plus she seems to get filler pretty regularly.
