It appears that after Barrett superspreader event the White House did ZERO CONTACT TRACING.

The Superspreader-In-Chief did NOT want anyone to be able to chart the timeline of the White House virus outbreak. They do not want the public to know that tRump* knew he was positive Tuesday before the debate with Biden, and deliberately showed up late to ensure that he would not be tested by the Cleveland Clinic that sponsored the event.

First of all, it would trace back to the Infector-in-Chief himself. Second, the number of cases where he was involved would grow dramatically. It wouldn't look go.
