We had to change phones here last month, and I got some damned teenager at the problem center, and after her rattling off words like she was auctioneering off steers, i had to just hang up and call back, hoping to get someone who would just talk normally. Are they getting paid by the word? I'll ordinarily ask them to slow down, so I can understand them, but sometimes it's just not worth it.
