And they are good at projection, so when they say that there is cheating going on in Philadelphia, Chicago, Houston etc...To me that means they are cheating in rural areas where there isn't a Democrat to be found. So my question is, who is there in rural Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, etc.. to make sure that they aren't fudging the numbers?

A lot of crookedness going on. They like to talk about Chicago being crooked as sin, but fact of the matter is that it's a lot easier to get away with shit in these small town/county governments because there are fewer people involved & less oversight, making it easier to keep things a secret.

I remembering watching MSNBC on election night a seeing those rural returns coming in from states like Florida, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania...Those places were always deep red, but the margins were just out of this world. I remember Kornacki mentioning that about the margins....So instead of winning the area 70-30, trump was winning 80-20 in addition to turnout being higher...I remember thinking at the time that something seemed shady. And like you said, it is easy finding a Republican or someone from the campaign to make sure Philadelphia is on the up and up, but its hard to go into all those rural areas and for the Democrats or the campaign to be everywhere.

The Republican companies that make the electronic vote-counting machines got a court decision saying that the machines are private property and therefore may not be forensically examined without consent of the owner, which, of course, is never granted. But in one out-of-the-way place in Ohio in 2004, the voting machine was forensically examined before the owners got around to collecting it. It was in a precinct with 600 registered voters, but it gave 3000 votes to Bush. It was called a “glitch” and they deducted 2400 votes from Bush’s margin of “victory” in Ohio, but they STILL refused to let the rest of the Ohio voting machines be examined.

So the answer go your question is: nobody. The foxes are guarding the henhouses out there.
