We usually have ballots a month in advance. Clarno is definitely f’ing with ballots based on my experience with the full 20 years of Oregon mail in ballots. Need to check on drop boxes. Wouldn’t be surprised if the usual locations aren’t being messed with as well.

In California, we are able to track when our ballots are mailed to us. And then we can track them as they are heading back to the registrar's office, as well as when they are accepted to be counted.
