Has to sign for it. If someone who isn't you delivers the ballot to the official location and has not signed their name in your presence, they are not necessarily valid. That is the law in my state, and from news accounts, I take it that it is similar in California. We are delivering a ballot for an invalid, and wife's signature is on it as agent for delivery to the collection point.

I don't think pre-November 3 means much to Trump anymore. He wants as many mail ballot-related stories as possible over the next three weeks, so he can file one lawsuit after another and hope the Supreme Court bails him out on every one, essentially overriding the election.

I'd like to believe it's not possible but I just don't know. The system hasn't been strong enough so far. These little court wins that Marc Elias keeps bragging about don't mean a damn thing compared to postseason.

Mind you, I don't think he has a leg to stand on. But I do think Trump has plans to file as many lawsuits as he can based on whatever lie he chooses to use - fake "official" ballot collection boxes by the Democratic Party, for example. Much like in the OP, it's the Republicans doing it, and admitting to it, but Trump will claim it's the Democratic Party. He'll say people voted twice, dead people voted, Democratic Party was buying votes, etc..

Even with an overwhelming response from Democratic voters, Trump will try whatever he can.

I think Biden will win. That's not just hope talking. I really think Biden will be the next elected President.

But I also think Trump will cheat using whatever method is available to him. He won't go down quietly. Not on November 3rd and not after either. He'll make noise and cause as much damage as he can once he loses.

I trust Biden already has a team of lawyers ready for as many states as possible.

Trump will probably contest the vote in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Ohio, Florida, Virginia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, (any that he loses) and California. Because he really hates California - Hollywood rejects him. He'll contest that one for spite.

That's my fear anyway.

That he loses but rallies his idiots enough that they spend the next four years causing major damage. More so than they have already accomplished. The Trump loses and spends the next few months destroying what is left of America's democratic norms.

Trump has to be quashed. Not just politically - but in his private life. His sham businesses, his wallet - his everything. His children by his first and second marriage need to be investigated and brought down as well. Hey, Tiffany made her choice. She got something out of the deal or will - investigate to see if it's all on the up and up. See what, if anything, she's covering up for the family. Since few suspect her, she's the perfect choice.
