And it has everything to do with intimidation and not the recovery of legitimate damages. Kavanaugh might have been embarrassed but he obviously was not actually harmed by Ford's testimony - after all, he got the job. He has nothing to sue for (and whatever else you might say about Kavanaugh, he's clearly smarter than Trump, and smart enough to know better than to sue).

3. The victims will win.

Women exist for men to pleasure themselves with, at will. To me his nominee to the Supreme Court is precisely what Trump's men aspire to have - women who make a high income, have babies, be the willing whore for them alone, and take care of the homestead while the men do important stuff - like hang out on twitter and on golf courses.
