Top order of business when Joe is elected is to swear in an AG who will set the DOJ

on path to quick, aggressive response to the militias and other Trump supporters who engage in violence. Action against them must be swift and to the full extent of the law. No grand juries, just simple arrests, arraignments, trial and jail.

As difficult as it is to assess the priorities of the awaiting tasks, imo the status of the Department of Justice is NUMBER ONE!

I will celebrate HUGELY the installation of our next Attorney General, to REESTABLISH it as an honorable institution.

... there are so many honorable and qualified former U.S. Attorneys that Trump, Sessions and Barr pushed out or who chose to resign rather than be tainted by or do dirty work for them.

I am perfectly fine with Hillary being able to at times consult and then gloat.

I doubt Hillary would consider it either. I hope Hillary will become more the Eleanor Roosevelt of our day.

They’re domestic terrorists masquerading behind the 2nd Amendment. These boys and girls playing army are not “militias”, they are domestic terrorists. They are “militias” in the same way people who slaughter others in the name of their god are “religious”. Nope, they are domestic terrorists.

She was fired because she was honorable. She also has impeccable credentials, and will immediately restore trust in the DOJ, both inside and out.

Trump drained the swamp right into the government. Anyone who has joined government service under this administration, top to bottom, needs to be either dismissed or at the very least carefully reassessed. Quickly before they can compound the massive damage already done to this country.

Good point about Jones being a politician. Maybe, he’ll win re-election! If not, I hope he has a role in the Biden-Harris administration.

She and Stacey Abrams both chose not to run in the Jungle Primary for the senate race in Georgia. I believe she is positioned to move back into government.

Biden needs to avoid any appearance of retribution and witch-huning. His AG is going to have their hands full trying to weed out the corruption in the DOJ, and dealing with right-wing terror groups. Let the independent counsel have at it. He/she will get to the bottom of things, without giving the Trump cult any sort of ammo to claim that Dear Leader is some sort of victim.
