Notice she chose to say she "definitively" had no knowledge, implying she "definitely" knew nothing about it. However, "definitively" could and probably does mean that she had been told Hope had tested positive but had no "definitive" knowledge, such as having in her possession a notarized copy of the lab report. Liars are going to mislead and misdirect whenever it suits them or furthers their perceived self interest. I can say "definitively" that Kayleigh is a chronic and unprincipled liar who attempts to misdirect on a daily basis with her cross necklace and cocktail party work wardrobe.
