Their vast carelessness...
Graphic mine. Money's power to corrupt and to let the rich escape from the consequences of their actions, seems as relevant today as in 1925. And as we learn today it was likely that Trump and his missus were infectious at the debate and still the whole First Family of Grift refused to wear masks in a petulant sign of their own supposed superiority, it is obvious that they care not one jot for any American, and of course they refuse to acknowledge this mess of their own making, never mind clean up after themselves. Trump 2020 so very very Gatsby 1925. And the moral of the story - their vast carelessness and greed will be their downfall.
