I also think he's still declining and the doctors are even more worried. He could also be having more issues from the virus with it worsening more . Don't believe doctors he's ordered to lie , and his photo opts, they're bs, he's really really sick, and with his pre-existing conditions he'll have a much worse time with the virus, and likely have heart, brain, and lung issues, and energy issues.
