What if drump insists on leaving the hospital, while
the doctors say he is not ready to return to WH?
(not that he was ever 'ready'). I wonder what protocol kicks in.

2. Even if he was feeling healthy, which he is not.
He should still be quarantined for several weeks.

5. He won't do that. He thinks rules don't apply to him.

3. Would the doctors be allowed to publicly announce that he signed out against medical advice?
Otherwise, he'll claim that he was miraculously "cured".

6. There are no "protocols" other than 25th amendment
If Congress wouldn't impeach him they surely won't find him incapacitated either.
Checks and Balances only work if someone is willing to the do the Checking. At this point it is pretty obvious Trump can do anything he wants until noon on Jan 20th. |

11. The current recommendation is at least 10 days of quarantine from when he tested positive,
and then needs to test negative on two separate occasions within 48 hours

13. yes I understand the medical recommendation, but I am wondering
if he disregards it, and if the doctors think he is too ill to leave....

10. What if he goes in public while still testing positive. Can he be stopped for endangering the
public?
I don’t know, but that would be anther grounds for impeachment I think |

12. I think he knows he could easily die if he leaves, and won't,
I also think he's still declining and the doctors are even more worried. He could also be having more issues from the virus with it worsening more . Don't believe doctors he's ordered to lie , and his photo opts, they're bs, he's really really sick, and with his pre-existing conditions he'll have a much worse time with the virus, and likely have heart, brain, and lung issues, and energy issues. Trump can't con his way out of this one, just hide the truth . Republicans have screwed themselves good this time, and will have to turn on trump , and try to promote pence, or be toast this election.
