2. I'm getting stumped beyond the fund owners. Gilead makes Remdesivir.

4. Good Luck with that......

Deutsche probly holds their stock through a couple dozen nominee names, not counting the depositories. And do you want to count the multiple thousands of trusts for which DB is a trustee or co-trustee? I don't know how on God's green earth you'd ever get there. Probly the only source that could even get you close would be Gilead's transfer agent, and they would never disclose it.

5. I would go to Gilead's Investors page and pull down their annual and quarterly reports

First place to start. I would also look to see if they made any presentations directly to Deustche Bank. Most companies post those on their investor pages as well.

You can also try looking at the quarterly and annual reports for Deustche Bank. Another approach (and this can be found with some sleuthing) is to check the options boards and see if there are any reports of Deustche taking call or put positions on Gilead. Big banks like Deustche are more likely to use options either directly (call) or as a hedge (put) against a position.

Good luck in your research.

7. Trump owns shares of drug developer

Gilead Sciences (NASDAQ:GILD) in two of his five investment accounts. Per the filing, Trump owns between $100,001 and $250,000 worth of Gilead stock in a Deutsche asset management account and between $250,001 and $500,000 in an account with Oppenheimer. Image source: Gilead Sciences.
