At least as to his behavior this week, there are no dead bodies yet.

Given what I've heard about staffers being bullied into not wearing masks - if any of them have died that might make a good case (unless they've passed a law protecting employers by now). But I doubt it would stick for the country as a whole.

probably something more general, that the more I think about it, would not stand a chance of holding up in court because of the lack of a provable direct relationship, and that is:

His encouragement of foregoing masks, going out, going back to work, general high risk behavior, etc.

Ms. Toad and I exchanged, for that charge to stick, I believe Ms. Toad is correct in saying that it would take an actual death with a deceased body that could be directly linked to trump's actions. It is not to that point as of yet, but it might get there.
