And the Dems are training non-attorneys on legal issues and voter protection as well as poll watching- at least in FL this is in place. But until someone is checking the source codes on the machines- which they are not doing anywhere- nor are they doing spot checking for accuracy to verify that the votes entered match the results shown, we are missing the boat. So yes- it's a help that we'll have legal boots on the ground but the reality is the machines will still skim of a few points for the GOP in most districts- because they can.

Obama is in control of the Justice Dept. He should be assuring us that the election results will be fair. It's not a state's issue. It is a civil rights issue.

So until the manufacturers allow access to the source codes, we will never be assured that the votes are indeed accurate. Read about Clint Curtis. Check out Bradblog.com and the amazing, relentless research Brad Friedman has been doing for many years, google electronic voting machine fraud, Watch Stealing America Vote by Vote by Dorothy Fadiman, http://www.stealingamericathemovie.org/filmmakers.html.
It's all very depressing and yes- elections results should be fair and verifiable. But they are not.
