1. I expected all along to find out Lawrence O'Donnell's story was true. He shouldn't have ran with it

like he did, but it made sense, knowing everything else we know.

2. I suspect, many, if not all, of those loans were re-sold...

...to Russian and Cypriot Banks.

Why? You may ask, but its quite simple. American and global assets. It makes sanctions that much harder.
