If Chief Justice Roberts truly wants to keep the courts non political

He will announce tomorrow that he will step down the day after the inauguration and let the President appoint a Justice to balance the court. It does not make up for the Garland Seat that was held up but it does create balance for the similar treatment of lame duck presidencies.

4. Not going to happen. But SC has made some fair decisions lately. Don't necessarily

think that will continue. But I’m not going to jump off a cliff.

Contribute and vote. We are better off with Biden, House, maybe Seanate.
