Democrats should threaten 2 more Supreme Court

Judges if we win the senate, end of story we need to stop playing patty cakes with these people.

We would not need to negotiate with the republicans if we win the Senate and the WH. We change the Senate rules with a simple majority and place as many justices as we want.

but we threatened a highly liberal replacement for Garland, and it even looked likely at the time that Hillary would win, they still went for it, and they still will go for it now.

a few months ago that they should nominate a new SC panel of 19 judges including 10 new ones, and cases would be decided by a random panel of 3.
