when I changed my address Friday at the DMV I registered at the new address.

SO is also registering to vote, for the first time ever. One more blue voter in Utah.

You have two registration options. You are permitted to register to vote either at home, or at college.

Think carefully about where your vote might carry more weight...I've told my daughter (in an Ohio college which draws students from around the country) to tell her friends from solidly red states or solidly blue states that their one vote might make more difference if they registered at their Ohio college address.

Similarly, students from Ohio who are attending college in solid red or blue states might be better off leaving their registration at home in Ohio and voting absentee.
