2. He does not owe us his tax return or anything else, which is what we owe him as well

No requirement for him to provide them, no requirement to vote for him

5. Why does he owe us 10 years of tax returns?

I don't like Mittens, but where does it say any politician, or citizen for that matter, owes us a look at their tax returns?
Would I like to see the actual tax returns? Hell yes, but he certainly doesn't "owe" us.
The ethical thing would be to release them, oh, wait, I said ethical.

6. Yes he does OWE us the tax returns when he is planting his money in off shore accounts...

How do we know he isn't laundering drug money? How do we know he is paying the U.S. taxes he owes on the money? How do we know he isn't and hasn't taken payoffs for political favors? How do we know he didn't get amnesty on his Swiss accounts?
We can't know the answers to these or any valid questions I haven't posed here..and these are all valid questions the people deserve to know the answers to BEFORE they vote.

7. I'm quite sure the IRS has already looked into it

and no, he does not OWE us any tax returns, now the ethical thing would be to release them, but to say that he owes us, that's just plain incorrect.
Please show us the law that says he owes us, or that he has to release them.

I too would love to see them, but until he acquires some ethics, it won't happen and he can't be forced to. Tax returns are not public records.

8. The IRS can't see where all he has accounts unless he tells them. Since he isn't being forthcoming

about his finances, and in his release of the one year with a huge misrepresentation on it that can be adjusted in the future, he DOES owe us a look at what all he's done in the past that he's not showing us.

9. So have you voiced your allegations to the IRS yet?

Do you have proof of this? If so, then provide the proof to the IRS, I would love to see him get hammered for tax fraud, but until there's actionable proof, nothing is going to happen and your assertion that he owes us a look at his returns is ridiculous at best.

So if the ethical thing to do is to release them and he does not release them then he is being unethical. If Romney is being unethical then he does "owe" us something for the transgression; mainly his tax returns... since that is the point of concern which is causing this person (who wants to be our President, our Leader) to manipulate, twist, distort and down right lie to us.

The reason behind what I am saying is this...
Romney has requested multiple years up to 10 from his Vice Presidential picks.
Romney handed over 20 years to McCain previously.
Romney's partial 2010 tax return indicated offshore holdings which he has yet to fully release and has raised some serious questions.
Romney's has a history of tax hiding schemes (son of boss and personal home loans) and shredding of documents
Romney has a voter registration issue from the past regarding his resident status when running for Governor.
Romney and Ann have touted everything is up and up yet for some odd reason they don't want to allay the nations doubt
Romney has challenged others about releasing their returns
Romney has lied/misrepresented his time at Bain on his tax records vs a hearing where he swore that his information was the truth but contradicts what is on record.
Romney thinks that we the people do not deserve to know yet is running for the highest office of our nation.

We have asked this of our past presidential candidates and the vast majority have complied and since McCain was already a Senator
who had to file financial disclosures regularly he was able to get away with the 2 years he released. Palin ran for VP. Mitt is running for the Presidency of the United States of America.

With all of this in consideration; Romney owes the American people, the electorate, tax returns (2 which he has submitted are incomplete). He released a summary of 20 years. Why not release the actual tax returns that support the summary?

So while he had a chance to release just 10 years he has opened himself up for 20 years of tax returns to provide clarity.

He has made this so much worse than it may have been if he just did what other candidates have done in the past including his own father.

So yes. I believe he does owe the American people a review of his tax returns... for wasting our time and bullshitting us every other week about this.

12. He may not owe it, but other candidates have done it

Modernly, all of them. So that Mittens here is claiming to be above that. We can judge him accordingly.
